Italian Balsamic Vinegar

Our partners in Modena, Italy have been producing balsamic vinegar for three generations. They use a specific variety of grape and mature the vinegar in oak barrels resulting in vinegar with a beautiful deep, dark color, and a unique taste, with hints of fruit and oak.

Unlike other balsamic vinegar, this is made without the use of preservatives or additives, resulting in an organic, high-quality balsamic vinegar straight from Modena, the city in Italy that has been producing balsamic vinegar for nearly 1000 years.

Pairs perfectly with Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
