Fenton Lilac Cupped #848 Lotus Bowl. A fine #848 cupped lotus bowl in an extremely uncommon color: Lilac, which is a delicate shade of translucent lavender. According to the Whitmyers' Fenton Art Glass: 1909-1939 , this color was offered for only a brief period sometime around 1933.This cupped bowl was, of course, designed to accept the #1645 Nymph Figure, which is extremely rare in this color.
