At Curated Home Decor, all refunds are issued as store credit only.

Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We provide a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, seasonal, vintage or one-of-a-kind items, lighting, custom furniture, personalized pieces, and “as is” items are not eligible for return.

with your order number, description, and photos. Approved claims are issued as store credit only.
Processing
Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or alternate delivery spots and file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, store credit will be issued or a replacement arranged.

Domestic Shipping Information
Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.

USHIP DELIVERY— uShip is our freight carrier of choice for larger items or furniture. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
Delivery of larger items or furniture pieces will be arranged directly with the customer via email or phone. Pricing varies.
Visual Comfort
All Visual Comfort orders are subject to a 17% freight charge, as the majority of products ship from the company's Texas warehouse.
