Our American Stoneware Mixing Bowls are handmade using a unique blend of clays. These timelessly designed pieces are safe for use in your microwave, dishwasher, freezer and oven. They are resistant to scratches and normal wear.
Each piece is individually handcrafted here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania by a husband and wife potter team with over 25 years of crafting experience.
100% Lead Free Glaze Small Measures 9” W x 5.5” H Large Measures 10 W x 5.5” H
Proudly American Made Our items are made individually and by hand, slight variations may occur. Take note that our pottery collection is made to order and is exempt from our normal lead time.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be crafted and shipped.

Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Vintage and antique items
- Lighting
- Final sale items
- Showroom or floor model pieces
- Custom or made-to-order items
These exclusions are due to the nature and handling of these products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
- Supporting photos may be required
- All original packaging must be retained
- Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and common delivery locations
- File a claim directly with the carrier
Once the claim is approved, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement, when applicable.

Domestic Shipping Information
Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.
Please note that all of the shipping options below apply to orders sent within the 48 contiguous United States.

UPS STANDARD DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY— Your order should arrive within 2 business days. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
USHIP DELIVERY— uShip is our freight carrier of choice for larger items or furniture. Price dependent on weight and size of item(s).
Delivery of larger items or furniture pieces will be arranged directly with the customer via email or phone. Pricing varies.

All Visual Comfort orders are subject to a 17% freight charge, as the majority of products ship from the company's Texas warehouse.
