Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We provide a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items

Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
