"To curate" means to pull together, sift through and select for presentation. To us, it also means uncovering treasures in consignment shops, spending hot summer weekends picking through flea markets, meeting craftsmen who can make you a farm table from 150-year-old barn wood, lining up at 7 AM for an estate sale, staying up all night filtering through online auctions and scrubbing rust off iron so that there is "just enough" patina.
