Orders are packed and shipped every other day, Monday through Friday, with most pieces dispatched within three to five business days. Smaller items travel via USPS; larger pieces and furniture are delivered by freight or through uShip, our preferred carrier for oversized goods. Delivery for freight orders is coordinated directly by email. All shipping options apply to orders within the forty-eight contiguous United States. Custom orders are subject to special pricing, confirmed at the time of purchase.
Returns
Eligible returns are issued as store credit within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
