At Curated Home Decor, we take great care in sourcing and packaging each piece. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@curatedhomedecor.com.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Vintage and antique items
- Lighting
- Final sale items
- Showroom or floor model pieces
- Custom or made-to-order items
These exclusions are due to the nature and handling of these products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
- Supporting photos may be required
- All original packaging must be retained
- Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and common delivery locations
- File a claim directly with the carrier
Once the claim is approved, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement, when applicable.
