The corkscrew and bottle opener are both made from high-grade stainless steel and the handles are acrylic. Each item in this set goes through 25 different production stages before it is stamped, polished, and packaged. ABS handles Corkscrew/ Bottle opener Brass colored caps Certificate of Authenticity Care Instructions: We recommend washing your cutlery gently by hand under running hot water and to wipe it off immediately after. However, most of products, apart from those with natural wood handles, are dish-washer safe.

Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We provide a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, seasonal, vintage or one-of-a-kind items, lighting, custom furniture, personalized pieces, and “as is” items are not eligible for return.

Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or alternate delivery spots and file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, store credit will be issued or a replacement arranged.

Domestic Shipping Information
Our shipping methods vary, depending on the weight and size of the item(s) that you have selected. For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.
