Curated Home Decor is proud to offer design, decorating and styling services to clients throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Services range from assistance with furniture and accessory selections to design for full-scale renovations or new builds. E-Design Services

Our E-Design Services are perfect for a design devotee versed in our world, but just needs a bit of inspiration. After walking through your space, virtually or in-person, we'll create a mood board with our suggestions (ie. furniture, lighting, etc.), and provide a detailed spreadsheet with sourcing information. Cost is $500, and includes the consultation.

Lighting Services

We are proud to offer Visual Comfort lighting, as well as other high-end lighting brands. Whether you are remodeling a single room or building an entirely new home, our team of experts will collaborate with you to ensure your lighting needs and wants are satisfied.

Note: The consultation fee and/or hourly rate are waived if a minimum purchase requirement is met.

Hourly Design Services

Our Hourly Design Services are best suited for clients needing more ongoing, interactive assistance. From sourcing new items to styling and redecorating existing spaces to helping with material selections for renovations and new builds, we'll work to ensure your home fits your lifestyle, decor, and budgetary needs. Our rate is $120/hour.

Design Process

Step One

Both our E-Design and Hourly Design Services begin with a phone consultation. This is often the most important step in the process, as we begin to clearly identify your style, your budget, and the scope of your project. This is a gateway to success, if you will.

Next, we'll begin diving into design selections. We'll create mood boards for your space(s), and include detailed information on pricing when we present them for your review. Revisions will continue to be made until you are 100% satisfied.

Step Two

Once design selections are decided upon, we'll work with you to complete the purchasing process. Some clients prefer purchasing items independently, while others prefer we take care of the heavy lifting (no pun intended).

In our industry, delays are likely inevitable, but we promise to be transparent with you throughout the entire process, and create a timeline detailing when deliveries are expected.

Step Three

Once your items have been delivered, the final step is installation. This part of the process typically takes a full day's time, and involves us visiting your home to ensure each piece is properly placed.

If desired, we also offer in-home styling services. Our warehouse is stocked with a curated selection of vintage and new decor. We would style your new space with these items, adding the "finishing touch" to your project.
