A note on our process.

At Curated Home Decor, we've thoughtfully selected our shipping methods and carriers so each piece arrives as intended — considered, cared for, and on time. Should you have any questions along the way, we're always reachable at info@curatedhomedecor.com.

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped every other day, Monday through Friday, with most pieces dispatched within three to five business days. Smaller items travel via USPS; larger pieces and furniture are delivered by freight or through uShip, our preferred carrier for oversized goods. Delivery for freight orders is coordinated directly by email or phone. All shipping options apply to orders within the forty-eight contiguous United States. Custom orders are subject to special pricing, confirmed at the time of purchase.

Returns
Eligible returns are issued as store credit within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. A prepaid return label is provided; return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Final Sale
Small prints, vintage, seasonal, holiday, lighting, and any discounted or sale items are final sale. Custom furniture, one-of-a-kind pieces, personalized items, and "as is" pieces are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Reach us at info@curatedhomedecor.com within seventy-two hours of delivery with your order number, a description, and photographs. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit.

Processing
Store credit is issued within five to seven business days of approved return.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbors and alternate delivery locations, then file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
