Maintenance Tips
For best results and candle longevity:
- Operate your candle warmer in 4-hour sessions, allowing the candle to cool completely between uses.
- Once you notice the fragrance begin to fade, remove the top layer of melted wax—the scent evaporates as the wax heats, and discarding the used layer helps refresh the throw.
- On average, expect to refresh the top layer every ~15 hours of melt time.

Returns & Store Credit
Eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We provide a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, seasonal, vintage or one-of-a-kind items, lighting, custom furniture, personalized pieces, and "as is" items are not eligible for return.

Contact us within 24 hours at info@curatedhomedecor.com with your order number, description, and photos. Approved claims are issued as store credit only.
Processing
Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or alternate delivery spots and file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, store credit will be issued or a replacement arranged.

Smaller items travel via USPS; larger pieces and furniture are delivered by freight or through uShip, our preferred carrier for oversized goods. Delivery for freight orders is coordinated directly by email or phone. All shipping options apply to orders within the forty-eight contiguous United States. Custom orders are subject to special pricing, confirmed at the time of purchase.
Returns
Eligible returns are issued as store credit within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. A prepaid return label is provided; return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Final Sale
Small prints, vintage, seasonal, holiday, lighting, and any discounted or sale items are final sale. Custom furniture, one-of-a-kind pieces, personalized items, and "as is" pieces are also not eligible for return.
