Vintage Cast Iron Eagle Plaque — INA 1792 Federal Eagle Wall Hanging
A handsome vintage cast iron eagle plaque modeled on the historic emblem of the Insurance Company of North America (INA) — America's first stock insurance company, chartered in Philadelphia in 1792. A spread-wing federal eagle perches on a bank of clouds, hand-finished in gilt gold against a black ground with verdigris-green accents, the date 1792 cast at the base.
A decorative 20th-century casting in the early-American federal style — not an 18th-century original. Solid cast iron with genuine age and a warm, worn patina. A natural fit for Americana, coastal New England, and grandmillennial interiors, and a timely accent for summer and Fourth of July styling.
Condition: Good vintage condition with light wear to the painted finish consistent with age and display. Pierced for wall hanging.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors or alternate delivery spots and file a claim with the carrier. Once approved, store credit will be issued or a replacement arranged.

Smaller items travel via USPS; larger pieces and furniture are delivered by freight or through uShip, our preferred carrier for oversized goods. Delivery for freight orders is coordinated directly by email or phone. All shipping options apply to orders within the forty-eight contiguous United States. Custom orders are subject to special pricing, confirmed at the time of purchase.
Returns
Eligible returns are issued as store credit within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. A prepaid return label is provided; return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Final Sale
Small prints, vintage, seasonal, holiday, lighting, and any discounted or sale items are final sale. Custom furniture, one-of-a-kind pieces, personalized items, and "as is" pieces are also not eligible for return.
