Eligible returns are issued as store credit only.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
We provide a prepaid return label; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your credit unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, seasonal, vintage or one-of-a-kind items, lighting, custom furniture, personalized pieces, and “as is” items are not eligible for return.

For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.
