Vintage Dusty Mauve Art Deco Rug — 2′6″ × 4′3″
Oversized item — ships via our $45 Oversized Item rate; not eligible for free shipping.
A richly storied vintage piece, this hand-knotted Chinese Art Deco rug (circa 1920s) features dramatic corkscrew tree motifs in diagonally opposed corners, adorned with delicate cherry blossoms. The open field invites calm, while subtle embossing still hints at its original high-low floral texture.
Color palette includes dusty mauve, oxidized silver, navy blue, terracotta, and sandalwood—ideal for spaces needing both character and softness. Condition shows localized wear with exposed knot heads and mild tatter to the plain weave, yet side cords are largely intact or professionally restored. Recently cleaned and ready for in-home enjoyment.
Size: 2'6" × 4'3"
