Instead, mild peach acts as a silky vessel for the chiles, letting the spices shine while adding just a touch of roundness.
Up front, you’ll get raisin and cumin notes from famed Silk Road Aleppo peppers. Then the citrusy heat of Peruvian Aji Limón builds from within, creating a pleasant body warmth that enhances your meal rather than overpowering it.
Inspired by the peach orchards near our farm where we grow our peppers from seed, Aji Peach is as versatile as it is distinctive. It’s incredible on tuna melts, fish tacos, avocado toast, and mushroom toast, and also works beautifully as a marinade for shrimp, pork, and lighter meats.
