Made in Beaune since 1840, Edmond Fallot's Burgundy mustard is ground the traditional way with white wine and mustard seed grown in the region, and it carries France's protected-origin seal to prove it. Tangy with a clean Dijon kick, it is the jar to reach for with a ham sandwich, roast pork or a piece of salmon, and a spoonful whisked into vinaigrette wakes up a winter salad.
