Fornasetti Framed Original Poster
The face you can't look away from. This original limited-edition poster comes from FORNASETTI Inside Out Outside In at Artipelag, the celebrated art museum in the Stockholm archipelago — the first exhibition in Sweden to span the entire output of Italian design icon Piero Fornasetti (1913–1988), from paintings and graphic design to furniture and installations, alongside contemporary work by his son Barnaba. The print features Fornasetti's most famous muse, opera singer Lina Cavalieri, in his signature surrealist style, and retains the original Swedish exhibition dates (14 June 2019 – 26 January 2020) — a mark of a genuine Artipelag print.
We had it professionally custom framed in a black high-gloss lacquered faux-bamboo frame by Italian maker Roma Moulding — Italian art in an Italian frame, glossy enough to catch the light from across the room. It arrives ready to hang.
Hang it in an entry, over a bar cart, or anywhere your collection needs a little wit. Fornasetti's work only gets more collectible, and exhibition ephemera like this rarely comes around twice.
