Tips for use: This mixture with the taste of the rising sun is used to make sauces and marinades. Ideal for topping your fish, meat and vegetables, prefer seared cooking in the Japanese Tataki style: grilled outside, raw inside. Add a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil, sake, or lime juice to the mix. Our suggestion: a marinated, half-cooked bluefin tuna steak, perfect with this spice blend. Ingredients and allergens: Chilli, cilantro, wasabi, peanuts, cumin, marjoram and garlic.
