Harvested from the Andes Mountains, this salt is rich in essential minerals and adds a unique touch of flavor to any dish. This rock salt is extracted from a deposit several million years old, where it is naturally protected by the volcanic rock of the Andes mountain range. It is extracted manually at an altitude of more than 3000 metres. Its high percentage of iron, an essential trace element, gives it the pink colour. An excellent ally for your health, it is also rich in minerals, calcium, potassium and magnesium. Its flavour is marked by powerful salinity, which pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, roasts, oily fish or dishes with sauces. Taste it with raw vegetable sticks or simply on a delicious tomato.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors and common delivery locations
- File a claim directly with the carrier
Once the claim is approved, we will issue store credit or arrange a replacement, when applicable.

For example, a large item, such as a sofa, cannot ship in the same manner as a smaller item, such as a pillow. The sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier, and the pillow will ship via UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for item picking and packing, as we pack and ship every other day Monday-Friday.
We determine shipping methods on a case-by-case basis and will let you know the best method at the time of your order.
